I. Who are the Creators of Tyranny? 

Are they our governments that have grown and spread like a cancerous invader into most every facet of our private lives? Are they the cooperate entities that have to some degree, through regulatory capture, invaded and taken them over, laying waste to the opportunities of the individuals, or is it We, The People, who have turned a blind eye and, through our apathy, have allowed this to happen?
